We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team remotely. This role is suited to an experienced recruiter who can own roles end to end, manage client relationships, and consistently deliver high-quality shortlists. You’ll play a key role in shaping recruitment strategy, mentoring junior team members, and helping With Nova scale with quality and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer management
  • Deliver high-quality shortlists across multiple roles and clients
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience

Client Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insight and hiring guidance
  • Run role kick-offs, align on expectations, and manage delivery timelines
  • Communicate progress clearly and proactively

Sourcing & Market Expertise

  • Lead advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Assess candidates thoroughly for skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Maintain strong talent pools within key disciplines

Team & Process Contribution

  • Mentor and support junior recruiters
  • Contribute to improving sourcing methods, processes, and tools
  • Share insights on market trends, candidate behaviour, and hiring challenges

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment
  • Proven ability to manage roles end to end and work directly with clients
  • Strong sourcing capability and interview skills
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and candidate negotiations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline and time management skills
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience recruiting within tech, digital, or professional services
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team
  • Exposure to retained or partnership-based recruitment models
