We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team remotely. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone who’s curious about recruitment, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a long-term career in talent acquisition. You’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle, learn directly from experienced recruiters, and help deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and direct outreach
  • Write and send personalized outreach messages to engage relevant talent
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for live and upcoming roles

Screening & Coordination

  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
  • Support recruiters with CV shortlisting and interview preparation

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
  • Support job posting creation and role updates
  • Help keep recruitment workflows organised and efficient

Client & Team Support

  • Assist senior recruiters with client roles and delivery timelines
  • Learn how to match candidates to role requirements and company culture
  • Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates and building rapport
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident using digital tools (LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, ATS systems)
  • Fluent in English

Desired / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer service, or internships
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or job boards
  • Interest in tech, digital, or professional services hiring
