The Motion Designer will develop, animate, and refine motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms. Working closely with art directors, designers, and marketing strategists, this role transforms creative concepts into polished animated deliverables. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, driving visual innovation, and ensuring all animation assets meet technical and creative standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts in collaboration with creative leadership.
  • Animate 2D and 3D graphics using Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
  • Edit and refine video assets using Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software.
  • Optimize animations for web, social, product interfaces, and other digital applications.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all motion-based assets.
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and delivery timelines simultaneously.
  • Adapt creative assets for various formats, platforms, and audience types.
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative development sessions.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or Motion Graphics Artist.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software (optional but valuable).
  • Ability to create storyboards, visual concepts, and style frames.
  • Strong typography, layout, and compositing skills.
  • Knowledge of video formats, compression, and exporting standards.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities.
  • Degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or related field.


Desired / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with UI motion design, micro-interactions, and prototyping tools (Figma, Principle).
  • Knowledge of sound design basics.
  • Illustration or character animation experience.
  • Familiarity with VFX pipelines and plugins (Red Giant, Element 3D, Mocha).
  • Experience working in advertising, tech, gaming, or media production environments.
