We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in London to open doors, start smart conversations, and create qualified pipeline for our Account Executives. This is a high-impact role at the top of the funnel, ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, thoughtful prospecting, and clear career progression within SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation
- Book qualified first meetings for Account Executives across public and private sector organisations
- Create and manage outbound pipeline aligned to target accounts and ICPs
Outreach & Prospecting
- Run personalised, multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Tailor messaging around real customer problems including accessibility, UX, performance, and compliance
- Research accounts and stakeholders to deliver relevant, value-driven conversations
Discovery & Qualification
- Ask clear, confident discovery questions to uncover need, urgency, and fit
- Communicate Pixexl’s value proposition and customer outcomes in a simple, compelling way
CRM & Collaboration
- Keep pipeline accurate and up to date in Salesforce
- Partner closely with Marketing on targeted outbound and inbound campaigns
- Share insights from the market to improve messaging and targeting
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Development or BDR roles within a SaaS environment
- Confidence on the phone and strong written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong time and pipeline management skills
- Comfortable learning and using modern sales tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English
- Based in London or able to commute regularly
