We’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager in London to own our editorial strategy and content production engine. In this role, you’ll turn insight into high-impact content that attracts high-intent audiences, supports the full buyer journey, and drives measurable growth. You’ll work closely with strategy, design, development, and growth teams to ensure content aligns with Pixexl’s clarity-first, results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Build and manage a quarterly content strategy aligned to Pixexl’s ICPs, services, and growth goals
  • Prioritise content topics based on SEO research, keyword intent, sales insights, and client needs

Editorial Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end content process from brief to production, publishing, and promotion
  • Maintain a clear, confident voice and tone across all channels
  • Define and enforce a practical editorial style guide

Content Creation & Production

  • Write and edit blogs, long-form SEO content, service pages, landing pages, emails, and social content
  • Develop case studies, client stories, and thought-leadership pieces that demonstrate outcomes
  • Create short-form copy and scripts to support campaigns and launches

SEO & Distribution

  • Own on-page SEO, internal linking, and content structure
  • Work with growth and partnerships to distribute content across email, social, and campaigns

Web & Conversion Optimisation

  • Collaborate on website and landing page copy to improve clarity, usability, and conversion
  • Test headlines, CTAs, and layouts to improve lead generation and engagement

Analytics & Optimisation

  • Track and report on traffic, rankings, engagement, and content-attributed leads
  • Use insights to refine formats, topics, and messaging that perform best

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with designers and developers to ensure content supports UX and accessibility best practices
  • Align with sales and growth teams so content supports campaigns and business goals

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or digital marketing, ideally within an agency or SaaS environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating structured thinking, storytelling, and conversion-focused writing
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and search intent
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and basic HTML
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 and Search Console
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Based in London or able to commute regularly

  • Experience working with web, UX, or digital product teams
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and plain-language principles
  • Experience creating content for professional services, tech, or growth-focused brands
